Exploring the Impact of Social Media
In Swipe, I explore the impact of social media through a series of sequences taken from various screens. Each hand movement triggers a sound sequence that gradually forms a more irritating melody.
With this video, I aimed to highlight the addiction and fragmentation of our attention. It shows how the rapid consumption of content can turn a digital experience into something disturbing, a nightmare. It’s a visual and sonic commentary on the immediacy of social media and the effects of endless scrolling.
